Description
The State of Colorado is seeking architectural and engineering firms to design the roof replacement for the Legislative Services Building (LSB). The project involves replacing the existing mansard clay tile roof and Yankee gutters, as well as the flat EDPM roof. The selected firm will provide basic services, including design, bidding, and contract administration. The project is expected to start in September 2026, with construction anticipated to begin in June 2027 and be completed by October 2027. The estimated project cost is $1,193,911.
