The Palm Beach County Department of Airports is seeking proposals for the lease of up to 1.04 acres of unimproved land at the Palm Beach International Airport. The lease is for a short-term period, with an initial term of up to one year and optional renewals for up to four additional years. The property is offered for interim uses compatible with airport operations, and the minimum annual rental is $1.60 per square foot. Proposers must propose to lease no less than 21,780 contiguous square feet (.50 acre) of the property.
