The State Highway Administration (SHA) is requesting quotations for the purchase and delivery of equipment or commodities for the replacement of failed drives for the Xcellis storage arrays. The scope of supply includes the provision of new and unused products with manufacturer warranty, accessories, cables, and mounting hardware. The delivery location is the State Highway Administration in Baltimore, Md. The vendor shall deliver all items within 30 calendar days after receipt of a purchase order. • The equipment must meet the minimum specifications listed in the commodity table. • Equivalent products may be proposed if they meet or exceed the minimum specifications. • The vendor shall deliver the exact product quoted in its submission unless prior written approval is obtained from the Procurement Officer. • The State reserves the right to inspect all items upon delivery and reject non-conforming items. • The purchase order issued as a result of this RFQ will incorporate applicable State of Maryland procurement terms and conditions.
