Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The budget for this grant is not explicitly stated in the document. However, considering the purpose of the award is to provide salary support and "protected time" for newly independent scientists, we can estimate that the budget will likely be in the range of a scientist's salary for 3 to 5 years, plus additional funding for research expenses. The total budget may be around $200,000 to $500,000, depending on the scientist's salary, research expenses, and other factors. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the applicant's qualifications, the scope of the research project, and the availability of funds.
