Description
The General Services Administration, Supply Chain Management Contracting Division, is seeking a quotation for a heavy-duty rotary cutter, specifically the Land Pride RCM5020 model or an equivalent. The cutter must meet certain specifications, including being compatible with a Kubota M6 series tractor, having a minimum cutting width of 20 feet, and being capable of cutting grass, weeds, and brush up to 3 inches in diameter. The quotation must include pricing, technical specifications, and compliance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, with price being the primary evaluation factor.
• The cutter must be a new, commercial-grade, pull-type, 20-foot, heavy-duty model.
• The equipment must be fully compatible with a Kubota M6 series tractor (or equivalent) equipped with a 1,000 RPM PTO and a standard drawbar hitch.
• The cutter must be designed and tested to meet or exceed voluntary safety standards set by ISO and ASABE.
• The unit must be delivered factory-assembled.
• The cutter must have a deck height of approximately 10.5 inches and feature hinged wing sections that flex.
