Description
The Town of Agawam is seeking bids from qualified contractors for roadway and associated infrastructure improvements for its Moore Street and Valley Street Phase 1 Infrastructure Improvements Project. The project consists of removal and replacement of sewer main, manholes, and laterals, water main, service connections, fire hydrants, gate valves, full depth road construction, and all associated work. The project is expected to start after the bid opening date of 01/28/2026. The key aspects of the project include:
• Removal and replacement of 475 linear feet of sewer main
• Removal and replacement of 550 linear feet of water main
• Installation of service connections, fire hydrants, and gate valves
• Full depth road construction
• All associated work for Valley Street (east) and the northern portion of Moore Street
The town is looking for qualified contractors to complete this project, and bids will be accepted until the submission deadline date.
