PJM Navy 2026 - Electricity A0001

The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) is soliciting proposals for the supply of retail electricity and ancillary services to various Department of Navy facilities located in the District of Columbia, Illinois, New Jersey, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. The contract will be for a 24-month delivery period, and the total estimated quantity is 1,146,997,702 kWh. The contract will utilize Locational Marginal Pricing (LMP) basis for electricity. The proposal should include pricing, technical capability, past performance, and small business participation. • The contract requires the supplier to provide retail electricity and ancillary services to the point of delivery. • The supplier is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the delivery of electricity to the service point for each account. • The contract includes provisions for notification of tariff/rate changes, electricity regulatory changes, and invoicing and payment procedures. • The Government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered. • The offeror's initial proposal should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
