Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a small‑business vendor to rent a minimum 750 kW emergency diesel generator for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (Bremerton, WA). The generator will serve as secondary power for the USS Alexandria and must be delivered, installed, and supported under a firm‑fixed‑price monthly lease. The contract is a 100 % total small‑business set‑aside and will be awarded on or before 18 Nov 2026.
• Provide a 750 kW (or larger) diesel generator, 460 VAC, 3‑phase, with required safety and emission certifications.
• Deliver and install the unit at Pier 6, PSNS & IMF by 20 Nov 2026; offer one‑hour on‑site training and 24/7 on‑call support.
• Contract period: 20 Nov 2026 – 30 Jun 2027 (7 months) with an optional extension to 19 Nov 2027 (additional 5 months).
• All fuel after initial test is supplied by the Government; the contractor supplies only the generator, testing, preventive maintenance, and repair/replacement services.
