Description
The DLA Maritime Puget Sound is seeking to procure expansion joints in accordance with material specifications. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, and the resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. The contractor must provide the expansion joints with retaining rings, bolt circle diameter, and bolt hole quantity and diameter as specified. The contractor must also provide certification of compliance and test/inspection reports.
• The expansion joints must be manufactured in accordance with material specifications.
• The contractor must provide certification of compliance and test/inspection reports.
• The contractor must ensure that the expansion joints are free from mercury and mercury-containing compounds.
• The contractor must use the DLA Vendor Shipment Module (VSM) to obtain shipping labels and arrange for shipping.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations, including those related to packaging, marking, and shipping.
