Description
Belding Area Schools is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services for a 3-year period, with the possibility of two 1-year extensions. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the school facilities. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning tasks, as well as special event setup and cleanup. The contractor must also provide a site manager and other management personnel to oversee the work.
• The contractor must have experience in providing custodial services to similar institutions.
• The contractor must provide a detailed proposal, including costs, staffing plan, and equipment list.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding.
