Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 20,500 square feet of office space in Nashville, TN. The lease term will be 17 years, with 15 years firm, and the Government has termination rights. The offered space must meet specific requirements, including being located in a modern quality building, having a minimum ceiling height of 9 feet, and providing 14 parking spaces.
