Description
Aztec Shops Ltd. is seeking a parking management company to operate, manage, and maintain the Retail Parking Garage at the Avalon Bay mixed-use project in San Diego, California. The selected company will be responsible for providing daily parking operations, revenue control, customer service, and maintenance of the parking facility. The company must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Aztec Shops' policies. Some key features of the project include:
• Managing 180 retail parking spaces
• Providing staffing levels sufficient to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Maintaining, repairing, and replacing parking equipment, signage, and striping as required
• Implementing security protocols and coordinating with SDSU Police
• Collecting and remitting parking revenues to Aztec Shops
• Cooperating with AvalonBay for inspections, access, and integration of parking systems
