Notice of Intent to Increase Ceiling for Existing RPOC-V IDIQ

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) intends to award a sole source cost-plus fixed-fee contract modification to increase the contract ceiling on 80JSC0-23-DA007. The contract requires engineering support services, including research, analysis, design, development, integration, verification, test, evaluation, and operations support, for the Guidance, Navigation and Control (GN&C), system engineering, and rendezvous proximity operations, and capture (RPOC) activities. The services will support ongoing agency missions. • The contract ceiling will be increased by $50,000,000. • The period of performance remains unchanged. • Interested parties can submit an exception to the intent to purchase on a sole basis. • Responses must be submitted via email as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment. • Responses will be evaluated to determine whether to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis.
