Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Gwinnett County Police Training Facility and North Precinct Fire Alarm Replacement Project. The project includes the replacement of fire alarms at the Police Training Facility and North Police Precinct.
• The bid opening will be virtual only.
• A pre-bid conference is scheduled for February 25, 2026, at the Police Training Facility.
• Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid bond and will be required to provide a 100% payment and performance bond if awarded the contract.
• The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
• Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
