This project involves the relocation of two modular kindergarten buildings at Lone Star Elementary and one modular classroom building at Centerville Elementary (both “increment #2” projects) and the design, supply, and installation of new fire‑water storage tanks at each site. The work includes demolition, site clearing, concrete foundations, underground fire‑water piping, tank erection, associated electrical and fire‑alarm supervision, lightning‑protection, and required DSA testing/inspection. The contractor must also provide temporary facilities, comply with California Title 24 and NFPA standards, and complete all work within a 60‑day window after the Notice to Proceed. • Demolition, earthwork, and concrete foundation construction for fire‑water tank pads. • Installation of 20,394‑gal (Lone Star) and 30,286‑gal (Centerville) fire‑water storage tanks, underground 6‑in. D.I. fire‑service piping, thrust blocks, valves, and lightning‑protection. • Electrical and fire‑alarm integration, required testing, DSA‑approved inspections, and final close‑out documentation.
