This solicitation seeks a single‑firm fixed‑price contractor to renovate Building 93 at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA. The scope includes demolition, plumbing and sewer line replacement, new restroom fixtures, HVAC testing and balancing, flooring (LVP, carpet, tile), painting, electrical work, furniture relocation, and associated site‑work such as excavation and concrete replacement.
