Description
Ingham ISD is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive waste management services, including collection, transportation, disposal, and recycling of waste across their campuses. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform these services. The contract term will be for three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The contractor will also be required to provide an online customer portal for Ingham ISD to submit service requests and access collection schedules, billing information, and waste and recycling reports.
• The contractor must provide waste and recycling collection services for all three buildings at the Ingham ISD campus location.
• The contractor must transport all collected waste to properly permitted disposal facilities.
• The contractor must implement and maintain a sustainability plan appropriate to the size and capabilities of their operation.
• The contractor must ensure that all vehicles used for transportation are properly licensed, permitted, and meet all applicable safety standards.
• The contractor must provide detailed monthly invoices that include base service charges, additional service charges, and weight-based disposal fees.
