Martin County is seeking qualified organizations to develop, lease, and operate a 6.52‑acre vacant parcel at Witham Field for a range of aeronautical activities. Proposers must demonstrate strong financial capacity, organizational expertise, and operational experience to support long‑term airport self‑sufficiency. The scope includes identifying suitable aeronautical uses, establishing lease agreements, and delivering services that may encompass hangar operations, aircraft maintenance, fixed‑base operator functions, charter services, air‑taxi, and air‑ambulance operations.
