D-1 Aircraft Hangar Lease

The City of St. Joseph is soliciting proposals to lease a 2,640 sq ft aircraft storage hangar (plus a 140 sq ft restroom/store area and a 10‑ft perimeter land lease) located at Rosecrans Memorial Airport. The lease will be month‑to‑month, for aeronautical use only, and the lessee must assume responsibility for utilities, maintenance of the surrounding area, and compliance with FAA and local regulations. The City will evaluate proposals based on meeting minimum standards, offering a fair market rent, and the lessee’s ability to pass background checks. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the deadline; no paper or fax submissions are accepted.
