Private Terminal Ground Lease

The San Francisco Airport Commission is seeking a qualified developer to design, construct, and operate a private passenger terminal (the “Private Terminal”) at SFO’s Plot 42 (approximately 75,023 sq ft). The facility will provide a luxury, secure, and expedited experience for departing and arriving passengers, including TSA and CBP processing, private‑vehicle access, guest lounges, and optional amenities such as a salon.
