The State of Alaska, DOT&PF, is seeking applications for a 50‑year successive lease of approximately 47,970 sq ft at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. The lease will be held by Wulik‑Delong, LLC and is intended for construction, operation, and maintenance of an aircraft hangar, aircraft maintenance and repair services, tie‑down space rental, and parking. Annual rent is set at $5,756.40 (≈ $0.12 per sq ft). Interested parties must submit comments or applications by 4:30 PM on November 12, 2026. The lease premises are located in Block 16, Lot 1A of the airport property.
