Description
The Alaska Legislative Affairs Agency is seeking competitive sealed proposals to lease approximately 7,400 sq ft of usable office space in the Matanuska‑Susitna Borough. The lease will be for an initial term (specified in the full RFP) with renewal options, and the successful offeror must provide base rent and any lease‑hold improvement costs. Proposals must be submitted electronically or by hand‑delivery to the issuing office no later than 2:00 PM AK time on November 2, 2026. All questions must be submitted in writing at least ten days before the deadline.
