The U.S. Embassy Belgrade is seeking a contractor to provide on-site food preparation services for the Marine Security Guards. The contractor will be responsible for preparing well-balanced and healthy meals, maintaining a clean kitchen, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The contract has a base period of 12 months with two option years. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the work. • The contractor will be responsible for menu planning, food sourcing, food preparation, and food service staffing. • The contractor will be required to follow all relevant industry standards, codes, and government regulations. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining written records of work performed and reporting any issues to the Contracting Officer's Representative. • The contractor will be required to provide a quality control plan and perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with the contract requirements.
