FY26 Concealable Body Armor

The Office of the Attorney General is issuing this Invitation for Bid to solicit bids from qualified vendors for Police Protection body armor and Carriers. The bid submission deadline is April 3rd, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. The evaluation criteria include price and availability, compliance with OAG Terms and Conditions, acceptance and response to IFB specifications, and bidder's qualifications, experience, and past performance. • The OAG is seeking bids for concealable body armor and carriers. • The bid must include pricing for all items listed in the pricing table. • The OAG reserves the right to reject any and all offers. • The contract resulting from this procurement shall be given the following order of precedence: this IFB, the OAG's purchase order, and the vendor's offer.
