Scope of Work – This project will construct a pump station to serve the new Municipal Injection Wells. The project also includes the construction of the above-ground facilities for five injection wells, their corresponding well houses, two monitoring wells, an Effluent Energy Recovery System Building, and site development. Location – North District Wastewater Treatment Plant (NDWWTP), 2575 Northeast 156th Street, North Miami, Florida 33160 Estimated Range of the Base Bid - $142,988,869.66 to $173,008,632.35, not including contingency and dedicated allowances. Project Duration: 878 Calendar Days to Substantial Completion, 907 Calendar Days to Final Completion, plus a 91 Calendar Day Contingency Period.A Mandatory Virtual Pre-Bid will be held using Microsoft Teams at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. Any bidder joining the meeting after 10:15 a.m. will be considered late and will be disqualified from submitting a Bid. Participants attending the site visit must wear personal protection equipment (PPE) including hardhat, safety glasses, safety shoes and safety vest.
