Miami Shores Golf Course Pump Control Panel and Well Project

This solicitation seeks a contractor to install a new 20 HP well pump, a 100 HP pump control panel with VFDs, and associated electrical upgrades for the Miami Shores Golf Course irrigation system. The scope includes drilling a new 120‑ft well, providing a concrete pad, installing a UL‑508A‑listed control enclosure, upgrading the 250 A, 480 V service, and integrating internet‑based remote monitoring. All drop‑pipe work to the irrigation system is excluded and will be performed by others. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, permits, testing, and training, and must comply with Ohio prevailing‑wage rules and provide a 100 % bid bond (or 10 % certified check). • Install new well (12″ × 8″ × 120 ft) with 20 HP pump and associated equipment. • Install UL‑listed pump control panel, VFDs, PLC, HMI, surge protection, and back‑flow preventer. • Upgrade electrical service to 250 A, 480 V, including new disconnects and conduit. • Provide concrete pad, enclosure, HVAC, and remote‑monitoring communications. • Deliver 10 hours of O&M training; complete installation by early January 2027 with startup in spring 2027 and winterization fall 2027.
