Description
This solicitation seeks a vendor to fully rehabilitate the existing water‑well system at Arkabutla Lake and install a new 30 × 50 ft pre‑fabricated metal building to protect a new well. The work includes abandoning the old well, installing AWWA‑compliant plumbing, a Stenner chemical pump, a three‑phase air compressor, sand‑blasting and multi‑coat painting of a pressure tank, and a complete electrical system upgrade (200‑A breakers, LED lighting, outlets, and three‑phase power). All materials, labor, tools, and equipment must be supplied and the project completed within 120 days of award. The contract will be awarded on an unrestricted basis to the lowest‑priced, technically acceptable offer.
• Abandon old well and install new AWWA C‑509‑compliant plumbing, pump, and air compressor.
• Purchase, deliver, and erect a 30 × 50 ft red‑iron pre‑fabricated building with roll‑up door, walk‑through door, insulation, gutters, and engineered anchor‑bolt plans.
• Sand‑blast and apply multiple coating systems (Tnemec, L‑140 epoxy, 1094 urethane) to the existing tank.
• Install a new 200‑A electrical distribution system, LED lighting, exterior lighting with photocell, GFCI‑protected outlets, and a three‑phase circuit for the compressor.
• Provide all supervision, tools, equipment, and deliver complete work within a 120‑day performance window, including a one‑year limited warranty.
