East Ridge Drive Manhole Reconstruction; PW25-25

The City of Council Bluffs Public Works Engineering Division is requesting bids for the East Ridge Drive Manhole Reconstruction project. The project includes the replacement of one sanitary sewer manhole, approximately 25 feet deep. The work must be completed within 30 days of mobilization to the site and on or before April 30, 2026. The city will accept electronic bid submittals until the deadline.
