Description
The City of Doral sought a single vendor to deliver comprehensive instructional tennis programming for youth, adults, seniors, and special‑needs participants at Doral Legacy Park. The contractor would be responsible for designing curricula, staffing qualified instructors, scheduling classes, handling registration and fee collection, providing equipment, ensuring safety and compliance, and promoting the program—all under a fixed‑price, three‑year contract with two optional one‑year extensions.
