Notice of Intent to Sole Source Liberty Pumps

The City of Plant City intends to use Technical Sales Corporation as the sole authorized representative for Liberty Pumps - Engineered Products 2.5-15 hp submersible wastewater pumps in the State of Florida. The purpose of this Notice of Intent is to verify with the vendor community that there are no other viable vendors that can provide Liberty Pumps - Engineered Products 2.5-15 hp submersible wastewater pumps. The City is seeking to purchase Liberty Pumps model LGV053A0540S2SBJC-3. • The contractor must provide the City's authorized representative with telephone number(s) and job title for all management personnel assigned to the project before work commences. • The contractor shall be responsible for performing the work necessary to meet City standards in a safe, neat, and good workmanlike manner. • The contractor shall warrant against all defects in material and workmanship for one year after acceptance. • The contractor shall be solely responsible for initiating, maintaining, and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with the work.
