Description
The State of Alabama is seeking bids for the annual lift inspection of three lifts: a 1994 Foward Front Stall 2 post lift, a 2000 Rotary Hydraulic Lift, and a 2024 Mowawk 4 post lift. The lifts are located at the ECR/Alexander City Shop in Alexander City, AL. The vendor must be ALI Certified on 2 post, 4 post, and hydraulic lifts. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any disputes will be resolved through non-binding alternative dispute resolution. The State of Alabama reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications and to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness. Key aspects of the job include:
