Valve Replacement Project

The Thomas B. Finan Hospital Center is seeking a contractor to replace two 8-inch underground water main valves located in Loop Road. The project requires a complete and total domestic water outage to the TBFC campus and must be coordinated to minimize disruption to facility operations and water service. The scope of work includes pre-construction activities, traffic control and site protection, excavation and exposure, water service shutdown, valve removal and replacement, testing and flushing, backfill and roadway restoration, and site restoration and closeout.
