Request for Sealed Competitive Proposals for Addition and Renovation.

The Troup County School System is seeking sealed competitive proposals for the construction of an addition and renovation to Long Cane Elementary School in LaGrange, Georgia. The proposed budget for the project is $6,625,000.00. The project includes the construction of new facilities and the renovation of existing ones. The school system is looking for a qualified construction firm to enter into a contract for the project. The evaluation criteria for the proposals include firm history and information, relevant experience, project team, financial information, project approach and schedule, claims history, and bid.
