Notice of Intent to Lease Office, Warehouse and Wareyard and Storage Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition

The General Services Administration is seeking to lease 8,000 square feet of office, warehouse, and storage space in the Central Employment Area of Washington D.C. The lease will be for an initial term of 10 years with an option for an additional 5 years. The space must be fully serviced, climate-controlled, and meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The successful bidder will be required to provide a back-up generator and storage space. Key requirements include: • Minimum of 8,000 square feet of space • Fully serviced and climate-controlled • Back-up generator • Storage space • Within 10 miles of GSA Central Office • Walking distance to Metro The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease at 311 Hooff’s Run Drive, #3 in Alexandria, Virginia.
