DOR Wilkes-Barre Lottery and Audits

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through the Department of General Services, is seeking qualified lessors to provide a full‑service lease of approximately 14,000‑16,100 sf of office, warehouse, and ancillary space in Luzerne County for the Department of Revenue’s Wilkes‑Barre Lottery and Audits operations. The lease term is ten (10) years with two (2) optional five‑year extensions. Proposers must submit a primary “full‑service” lease proposal (including water and sewer) and an alternate “lease‑only” proposal. Submissions are electronic only, due 3:00 PM on 11/18/26.
