The Washington State Gambling Commission is seeking a lease for approximately 3,326 BOMA rentable square feet of office space in Spokane County. The lease must include at least 16 dedicated parking stalls (preferably covered), meet Washington State Energy Code requirements, and be a secure, stand‑alone facility with a lobby, interview room, conference space, kitchenette, evidence room, network room, and other security‑related features. The lease term is a minimum of five years (up to ten years optional) with occupancy required on or before 30 Nov 2027. Ownership documentation (clear title) and prevailing‑wage compliance are mandatory.
