Description
The State of Washington Office of Civil Legal Aid is seeking approximately 240 BOMA Rentable SQ FT of office space in the City of Spokane area. The desired term is 5 years, with a minimum lease term of five years required. Proposers may include other lease terms no longer than ten years. The space should meet the RES definition of “Existing Space” and have secure, reliable network connectivity. The facility must have two private offices, secure mail and package receiving protocols, and be located within the City of Spokane, with preference given to locations in the downtown corridor.
• The office space should be a complete, code-compliant, enclosed, conditioned space with plumbing, power, and lighting.
