OWEF Remodel Project

The Olmsted County is seeking bids for the OWEF Remodel Project. The project involves remodeling of the Waste to Energy Facility at Olmsted County. The scope of work includes demolition, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The project also includes three alternate bids: remodeling of the E206 Existing Lab, replacing flooring in offices, and removing a fire shutter and replacing window sashes. • The base bid includes the scope of work to remodel the facility. • Alternate A-1 includes the scope of work to remodel the E206 Existing Lab. • Alternate A-2 includes providing new flooring in offices. • Alternate A-3 includes removing a fire shutter and replacing window sashes. The pre-bid meeting will be held on December 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM CT, and will also be available virtually using Microsoft Teams.
