Description
The DLA Weapons Support office is seeking a qualified small business to provide 48 hydraulic cylinder assemblies (NSN 3040‑01‑207‑9240) with an optional additional 48 units. The cylinders must be packaged according to SPI AK12079240 (rev F) and delivered FOB destination to the New Cumberland, PA depot within 180 days of award. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, commercial‑items RFQ and is set‑aside for women‑owned, HUBZone, and service‑disabled veteran‑owned small businesses.
• Provide 48 cylinder assemblies (part 6‑372‑002270) meeting NSN 3040‑01‑207‑9240 specifications.
• Follow all preservation, cleaning, lubrication, sealing, blocking/bracing, and MIL‑STD‑129 marking requirements detailed in the SPI.
• Deliver to DLA New Cumberland depot (MILSTRIP W25G1U) FOB destination within 180 days; optional 48‑unit follow‑on order under the same terms.
• Must hold CMMC Level 2 certification, SAM registration, and comply with all socio‑economic set‑aside criteria.
