Description
The Craven Community College is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding the provision of a single mobile/modular classroom structure for placement at the Public Safety Training Center site. The structure should have three classrooms, a fourth space for office use, at least one unisex restroom, and be fully ADA compliant. The college is looking for a turnkey solution that meets functional, structural, and aesthetic requirements. Vendors are asked to provide information on their technical capabilities, site preparation and installation, compliance with regulations, and a rough order of magnitude cost estimate.
• The structure should be a modular halves (double-wide) configuration
• The college prefers a dark gray exterior finish to match existing buildings
• The structure should be delivered and operational within 180 calendar days
• Vendors should provide a non-binding ROM cost estimate
• The college reserves the right to use information obtained through this RFI in developing future solicitations
