Middle School Gym Rooftop Unit Replacement

The Carrollton Public Schools is seeking a contractor to replace the existing rooftop unit at the middle school gym. The project involves removing the old unit and installing a new 20-ton Trane Precedent RTU. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and coordination to deliver a fully operational and code-compliant system. The project must be completed during the summer vacation, with a substantial completion date of August 7th, 2026.
