26-022 SNP SHOES RFP

The Houston County School District is seeking a vendor to provide a mobile shoe program for School Nutrition employees. The vendor will be required to supply a significant quantity of shoes during designated fitting days and fill orders throughout the remainder of the school year. The vendor should be able to provide shoes at or below the maximum allowable price of $65.00 per pair. The district is expecting to have around 375 female and 25 male employees participating in the on-site fitting event. The vendor will be required to provide information on any online ordering systems that exist for their company. • The vendor will be required to supply shoes for a one-time fitting event and fill orders throughout the remainder of the school year. • The vendor should be able to provide shoes at or below the maximum allowable price of $65.00 per pair. • The district is expecting to have around 375 female and 25 male employees participating in the on-site fitting event. • The vendor will be required to provide information on any online ordering systems that exist for their company. • The vendor should be able to fill orders within 1 week of the order being placed and allow for exchange/refund/return if the shoes do not fit.
