Bypass Spools and Tailpieces

The City of Phoenix is seeking bids for the provision of stainless steel bypass spools, stainless steel tailpieces, and various ductile iron flanged fittings for use in the construction and installation of large water meter assemblies and associated bypass systems. The contract will be for a period of five years, commencing on or about January 1, 2026. The City reserves the right to add various sizes of stainless steel bypass spools, stainless steel tailpieces, and ductile iron flanged fittings throughout the term of the contract. • The bidder must provide comprehensive documentation sufficient to demonstrate full compliance with all specified requirements. • The bidder must have been in operation for a minimum of 5 years and have a history of providing the goods or services in this solicitation. • The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance in the minimum amounts and coverages as required in the Insurance Requirements of this solicitation. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose offer conforms in all material respects to the requirements set forth in this solicitation.
