Description
This solicitation calls for the removal, disposal, and replacement of two 2½‑inch water backflow preventor assemblies at the FMS 1 (CSMS Kalaeloa) site, including all associated flanges, fittings, gaskets, and related hardware. The contractor must coordinate with local water utilities, conduct required testing, provide a one‑year workmanship warranty, and meet extensive environmental, labor‑compliance (Davis‑Bacon, ACT 68), and bonding requirements. The work is scheduled to begin mid‑November 2027 and must be completed by mid‑December 2027.
