Description
The Town of Hinesburg is seeking a contractor to demolish and stabilize a flood-damaged residential property located at 11532 Route 116, Hinesburg, VT 05461. The contractor will be responsible for demolishing the primary structure, foundations, and other site improvements, as well as properly abandoning the septic system and water supply. The contractor must also provide proof of insurance and meet all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, policies, plans, and regulations. The project must be completed within 45 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
• The contractor must attend a pre-bid site visit on March 5, 2026, at 10:00 am.
• The contractor must provide a lump sum bid for the project, including all costs for subcontractors, sales tax, and other applicable taxes and fees.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including workers' compensation, general liability, and automotive liability.
• The contractor must comply with all OSHA/VOSHA rules and post the site during work for authorized personnel only.
