Groce Meadow Fire Station Design

The City of Greer is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide comprehensive design services for the development of a new fire station. The project includes the design and documentation of a 12,000 square foot fire station building and a separate multi-bay storage structure. The selected firm will be required to provide full architectural and engineering services, including design development, construction documents, cost estimating, and construction phase services.
