Description
The Essex County Land Bank is soliciting proposals from qualified roofing contractors for a complete roof replacement at 116 Montcalm Street, Ticonderoga, New York. The project includes removing the existing roof system and installing a new roofing system in accordance with all applicable New York State Building Codes and local zoning regulations. The selected contractor will be responsible for inspecting the roof decking, installing a new roofing system, and providing a minimum 20-year system warranty.
• The project is for a three-story commercial building with a flat roof system, approximately 13,536 square feet.
• The contractor must comply with New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, New York State Energy Conservation Construction Code, and OSHA safety regulations.
• The contractor must also provide proof of insurance, references, and warranty information.
• The proposal evaluation criteria include qualifications and relevant experience, compliance with NYS and local codes, proposed roofing system and warranty, cost competitiveness, ability to meet project schedule, and references and past performance.
