F-15 Pitch and Roll Channel Assembly and Aileron Rudder Interconnect

The US Air Force is conducting market research to inform the development of a requirements-based Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) contract for the F-15 Pitch and Roll Channel Assembly (PRCA) and Aileron Rudder Interconnect (ARI). The contract is expected to have a base ordering period of 5 years and an option period of 5 years. The primary requirement is to ensure the sustained availability of serviceable F-15 PRCA and ARI assets, including selected sub-components. The contractor will be responsible for the full, integrated lifecycle management necessary to meet warfighter demand. Key aspects of the job include: • Manufacture and remanufacture of all field-requisitionable assets • Comprehensive supply management • Material support • Sustaining engineering functions • Performance will be measured against Government-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • The National Stock Numbers (NSNs) currently under consideration for the Base Requirement are listed in TABLE 1 • Potential future items may be added to the contract vehicle at a later point in time, with distinct performance metrics and pricing structures as appropriate.
