The State of West Virginia, via its Purchasing Division, is seeking qualified contractors to perform a comprehensive renovation of Building 244 at the Camp Dawson Army Training Site in Kingwood, WV. The scope includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and supervision required to complete the renovation per the attached specifications and drawings. Two optional alternates are offered: replacement of kitchen hoods and replacement of a walk‑in cooler/freezer with foundations, slab, and vestibule. The contract is a fixed‑period award with a 180‑day performance window.
