REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR GROUND COMBAT VEHICLE PRODUCTION

The United States Government (USG) is seeking information from industry partners to explore innovative solutions for the rapid design, production, and delivery of ground combat vehicles. The USG is looking for integrated approaches that leverage advanced technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), digital engineering, and digital manufacturing, and are implemented within a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) framework. The goal is to produce approximately 10 prototype vehicles, beginning in FY27, with a prototype lead time of no greater than 24 months, and continuous production of up to 2,500 vehicles per year. Key aspects of the project include: • Rapid and scalable production • Modern manufacturing practices • Supply chain and industrial base management • Flexibility and adaptability • Data, software, and associated data rights artifacts • Agreement and contracting mechanisms • Continuous improvement and innovation The USG is interested in industry partners' ability to provide a digital twin of the manufacturing architecture and to manage intellectual property in a way that provides the USG with intellectual property, data rights, and all associated artifacts.
